Gretchen started working for Eclipse after graduation and has worked on various projects including several schools, a variety of commercial projects, and many residential projects. She is currently the firm's bridge engineer and is responsible for government proposals. Gretchen is a LEED certified professional (green building design) by the USGBC, and is the Missoula area vice president for Montana ASCE.

When she's not at work, Gretchen plays soccer for the Eclipse co-rec soccer team, golfs when it is sunny and warm, and enjoys the physical demands of fantasy football.
